Managed IT services: infrastructure under watch, costs you can predict
We take on your company’s IT as a managed service provider: proactive monitoring, maintenance, support and one accountable point of contact. You get on with the market.
Break-fix arrives after the damage. We work before it.
As a managed service provider we take over the day-to-day running of your IT: proactive monitoring, preventive maintenance and continuous support, on a clear monthly fee instead of unpredictable call-outs.
- Servers, endpoints and networks under continuous monitoring
- Microsoft 365 environments: mail, identity, collaboration
- Backups managed and verified, not merely configured
- Connectivity and links between sites
- Ongoing maintenance and scheduled updates
- Support from a team that already knows your infrastructure
Four reasons to move to managed IT.
Predictable costs
A fixed fee replaces pay-as-you-go call-outs. The IT budget becomes a line you can plan, not a surprise.
Less downtime, more work done
Proactive monitoring spots problems before they stop anyone working. Often we have fixed it before anybody notices.
Skills from day one
A team experienced in infrastructure, cloud and security, without the time and cost of building one in-house.
Scalability that is real
The service grows with the company: new sites, new people and new systems come inside the managed perimeter without starting over.
A watch on your infrastructure, all day long.
We work on Network Operations Centre principles: monitoring servers, connectivity, services and performance. When something drifts out of tolerance, we act — not your office.
Device as a Service
Modern devices without managing their lifecycle: supply, configuration, company policies, protection, updates and scheduled replacement. The fleet becomes a controlled, predictable service.
Technologies we run every day
Microsoft 365 for productivity and identity, Nutanix for hyperconverged infrastructure, Fortinet for network security, Object First for immutable backup. Qualified partners, not simply resellers.
The answers we are asked for most often.
How does the handover from our current IT supplier work?
Gradually: an infrastructure assessment, an inventory of systems and access credentials, and shadowing through the transition. Operations never stop, and no knowledge stays locked in the outgoing supplier’s head.
How is the investment in managed IT structured?
As a fixed fee, set after the assessment against the real perimeter to be managed: number of sites, users, servers and services. The fee covers monitoring, maintenance and support, with no surprise line items.
What does Aesir’s managed IT service include?
Aesir’s MSP service covers the complete operational management of your infrastructure: servers, endpoints, networks, Microsoft 365 environments, backup, connectivity, proactive monitoring, ongoing maintenance and support. The perimeter is defined during the analysis and governed by a fixed fee.
What is the difference between call-out support and managed IT?
Call-out support arrives once the problem has already happened, and you pay per incident. Managed IT works in prevention: continuous monitoring, scheduled maintenance and action before problems stop work, with costs agreed in advance.
We already have someone looking after IT internally — does the service still make sense?
Yes. In many companies Aesir’s managed service works alongside internal IT: the in-house team keeps the knowledge of the business and its priorities, while Aesir brings continuous cover, specialist skills and response capacity that one person cannot provide alone.
Tell us how you work today.
Tell us how many users and sites you manage today, and who answers when something stops. From there we can tell whether a managed watch is really needed, and in what form.
We reply within one working day. If you are already a client and need technical support, please use the ticket portal.
What does an hour of IT downtime cost you today?
Tell us how your infrastructure is put together: an assessment with no obligation, and concrete guidance even if we never work together.
