Aesir Digital Labs

Software adapts to how the business works. Not the other way round.

Customisation, integration and purpose-built interfaces on the platforms we already manage. The people writing the code know the infrastructure it runs on and the systems it has to talk to.

Our approach

First understand the process, then decide what to write.

Many development requests come out of a process nobody has ever mapped. Before opening the editor we look at how work really flows between people and systems: often part of the problem is solved by configuring what is already there, and code is only needed where the standard platform stops. What is left to build is smaller, costs less and is easier to maintain.

  • Map the process before writing the technical specification
  • Configure where that is enough, develop where it is needed
  • Documented code, owned by the client
  • Test environments kept separate from production
  • Releases agreed in advance, never a surprise
  • Ongoing development and maintenance inside the same contract
What we do

Four kinds of work.

Software tailored to your processes

Fields, flows, automations and rules configured around how the company actually works, rather than forcing it into the product standard. This applies to ERP, CRM and document management alike.

Integrations and APIs

Connections between ERP, CRM, document management, production systems and third-party platforms. Data is entered once and then propagates, instead of being retyped in three places.

Portals and purpose-built interfaces

Private areas for clients, sales networks and suppliers, connected to company data in real time. People outside the business see what they need, and only that.

Ongoing development and maintenance

Whatever we customise stays looked after, with updates and oversight agreed up front. A customisation without maintenance becomes a constraint the moment the platform is updated.

The difference

Customisation and management under one roof.

The people customising your systems know the infrastructure the software runs on, the security rules in force and the systems it has to talk to. That removes the classic finger-pointing between application vendor, IT supplier and system integrator when something breaks: there is only one party accountable.

ONE POINT OF CONTACT

No finger-pointing

Application, infrastructure and security all answer to the same partner under the same contract.

INSIDE THE RULES

Development within the perimeter

The code follows the same procedures as our ISO/IEC 27001 certified management system.

OVER TIME

The people who build it stay

We do not hand over and walk away: the customisation becomes part of routine oversight.

Frequently asked questions

Do you also build software from scratch, unrelated to your own platforms?

We build what the process needs, but we always start from what the company already uses. A brand-new, isolated application means another system to maintain and another place where data gets duplicated. When the existing platform does not cover the process, we build the missing piece and connect it.

Does the custom code stay ours or yours?

It stays with the client company, documented and handed over. What we keep is the responsibility for making it work over time, which is a different thing from ownership.

What happens to customisations when the platform is updated?

They fall under ongoing maintenance: before every update we check the impact on the customisations in a test environment, then release. It is precisely why customisation and management belong in the same contract.

How long does an integration between two systems take?

It depends on how well documented the two systems are and how many special cases the process is hiding. That is exactly what the first analysis is for: once it is done we give an estimate in orders of magnitude, not a number plucked out of the air.

Let us talk

Tell us how you work today.

If a process forces you to enter the same data twice, or to export a file so another system can read it, that is where we start.

We reply within one working day. If you are already a client and need technical support, please use the ticket portal.

How often does the same piece of data get entered twice in your business?

That is where we start. We map the process, measure how much time it absorbs and decide together what is worth automating.
