Designed to support international growth, Business Experience handles a range of date and currency formats. The core programs are available in English, and a powerful tool allows the interfaces to be translated into other languages, using Unicode to handle any character set.

With Business For People, Business Experience provides a social-style environment where users can collaborate and share information with colleagues, clients and suppliers. The module makes communication and the management of day-to-day work feel much like a social network.
Mobility and web access
Thanks to the Smart Business Framework, Business Experience can be reached over the internet through apps for Windows, Android and iOS, and through a browser using SBC Web. Users can work fully on the move, with data always synchronised and available.
Security and compliance
Following the European privacy regulation (GDPR), Business Experience has been updated to strengthen program security and data protection. The GDPR Base and GDPR Extended modules provide advanced functionality in line with the requirements of the EU Regulation.

The Business Experience interface is built to be ergonomic, supporting both productivity and ease of use. Responsive and adaptive behaviour lets the software adjust to any device, whether a PC, a tablet or a smartphone. Configurable screens and the Flow Layout function also let users arrange the interface to suit themselves.

The Workflow module lets you run and monitor business processes, automating tasks and cutting the time they take. Activation rules automate the process and flag new tasks to the people involved, improving operational efficiency.
Electronic invoicing
Business Experience meets electronic invoicing obligations with complete, capable solutions. Dedicated modules handle the full sales and purchase cycle for electronic invoices, integrating digital signature and legally compliant archiving services.
